- To
show faith in the mentoring and coaching profession, practice
honesty and courtesy thereby earning a reputation for exceptional
service and fairness among our peers and clients.
- To
promote the value of mentoring, coaching, and counseling, to promote
public awareness of our programs and services and professionalism in
mentoring, coaching and counseling.
- To
engage in continuous efforts to improve professional practices,
services and research by participating in ongoing learning in order
to maintain a level of knowledge that is “cutting edge.”
- To
share our knowledge and experiences with our fellow mentors/coaches
without breaking any agreements of confidentiality.
- To
foster a diverse workforce and a culture that encourages innovation,
leadership, balance and excellence between our professional and
personal lives.
- To
protect the intellectual property of others by relying on our own
knowledge, experience and efforts.
- To
actively engage in service to our respective communities, including
lending a helping hand for worthwhile causes and to support a clean
and healthy environment.
- To
give clients accurate and truthful information about our products or
services quality, price, and performance.
- To
provide accurate contact information.
- To
fully disclose all warranties and guarantees regarding products and
services.
- To
refrain from any unlawful or unethical recruiting practices.
- To
offer only those professional services for which we are trained or
have experience in.
- To
practice the “Platinum Rule” which is to do unto others as they
would done unto themselves.
- To
our suppliers, vendors and partners, we pledge courteous, ethical
and efficient behavior and practices and to uphold the trust and
goodwill that are the foundation of successful business
relationships.

maintain respect for clients, colleagues and self.
- To
promote the welfare of our clients and customers by protecting their
rights and confidentiality.

Ethics. I will not accept or tolerate unethical practices in my

else – and if I encounter such practices, I will refuse to go along
with them. I pledge to
support the environment, social and financial responsibility and to
promote the practices of coaching, mentoring and counseling.”
