Kim Kirmmse Toth is the Owner and President of two (2) coaching businesses. My Retirement by Design is for women and men who are wishing to be proactive in their 3^rd Age Life Planning. As a Too Young to Retire Certified Facilitator, she works with the non-financial side of retirement planning, for people not ready to end their working lives at 50 or 60 or even 70 years old. Kim is also certified with Retirement Options and is trained to use the RSP: Retirement Success Profile; a 120 question instrument that measures a readiness for retirement, using 15 Factors to assist in this assessment. Financing your retirement is not enough. What matters is how you chose to live your life after you do end your career.

Get Your Feet Wet Coaching Studio caters to women in mid-life transition, including career, marriage, divorce, empty nesters and any other situations we may find ourselves in. At the name suggests, sometimes you just need to jump in with both feet!

Kim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in Private Practice for 20 years. She is in the process of her own transition, moving from a therapy practice, to a coaching practice, in order to prepare for this next longest stage of life.

As a graduate of Mentor Coach (an ICF accredited coaching school,) Kim is currently a member of the Trainers Team, teaching the Foundations class for Psychologists, Social Workers and other helping professionals, interested in developing their own coaching skills.

Kim teaches virtual teleclasses and Teleseminars, writes a monthly ezine, publishes articles and does live speaking engagements. She has currently published a Tips Booklet and is in the process of writing an e-course around retirement issues.
