Mentors must fall into one of the following categories:

1. Business Owner/entrepreneur with a minimum of ten years experience.
   

2. Coaches – must be certified by the International Coaching Federation or equivalent.
   

3. Doctors, psychologists and therapists – with a minimum of five years experience

Mentors must also:

1. Be able to demonstrate competence and expertise in the areas in which you choose to be listed. See our Find a Mentor section for categories
   

2. Provide at least five references from clients/customers you have worked with.
   

3. Review and sign our Code of Ethics and Pledge.
   

4. Become eMentor Certified within eighteen months of joining our Faculty. To read about our certification program, click here.
