Meet Sheena Mason White,  creator of the HUG Method™ and founder of Vibrant and Rich, a community on Skool

About Vibrant and Rich

In April 2024, Sheena launched a membership organization born from a deep desire to build a community centered around Human Design. From the very beginning, her vision was clear: to create a safe, empowering space for experts, coaches, creatives, and wellness professionals who were quietly battling imposter syndrome and self-sabotage despite their outward success. That first year was a powerful unfolding, as she welcomed members who were ready to shed the masks, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build practices that felt aligned and abundant. Her organization stands out for its compassionate approach to healing the hidden struggles of high-achieving women, offering tools and support that help them reclaim their confidence, purpose, and joy.

About Sheena:

After years of following conventional formulas for success, Sheena Mason White discovered the transformative power of authenticity, not as a luxury, but as the foundation of sustainable success. She noticed that many accomplished coaches, creatives, and wellness professionals appeared successful on the surface yet felt stuck, disconnected, and depleted behind the scenes. That was her story too, until a health crisis forced her to stop performing and start aligning with her true self. This awakening led to the creation of the HUG Method™—a revolutionary framework designed to help purpose-driven women HONOUR their authentic way of practicing and living, UNCOVER limiting patterns, and GROW into the practitioner and woman they’re meant to be. Drawing from Jungian psychology, Human Design, Nervous System work, Parts work, and nearly 40 years of business experience, she now guides female healthcare professionals aged 35+ including doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists, bodyworkers, and coaches to build practices that energize rather than exhaust them. Her signature program, The HUG Method – Abundance by Design, is offered inside the Vibrant & Rich Community, where authenticity becomes the gateway to abundance.

This is her interview:

What was your biggest challenge in starting and growing your organization?
I thought originally I could just teach Human Design through my community but it didn’t light me up and it probably didn’t light up the members.  So I started again.

What was your biggest win or proudest moment so far?
Proudest moment was when a client said working with me was better than therapy

Are there any “lessons learned” you wish you’d known at the beginning?
A list of them.  Don’t create anything until you really get feedback from your audience.  I created courses, many of them and then my community told me what they needed help with.  As soon as I did this, I was off.

How has leading this organization impacted you personally and professionally?
I feel much happier, more calm, and also more driven because I see now what is possible.

What advice would you give someone who’s thinking about starting their own membership organisation?
Join Skool and learn from the great people on there.  The biggie is getting people talking to you and finding out what their problems are.

Are there any tools, resources, or strategies that have been especially helpful in your journey?
Skool has been my best friend.  When I started in April 24 I was on Facebook but it wasn’t for me.  I ran that group for 6 months and then found Skool.  I got Skool wrong the first time because I got seduced by someone I thought knew what they were talking about.  She was all about the courses and I have found building the community is a much better way to go.

What do you see for the future of your organization in the next 3–5 years?
I want to be a key player on Skool.  I really want to help as many as people as possible be experts and believe in themselves so that they can achieve all they desire in life.

What’s one word that sums up your experience as a membership leader so far—and why?
Deep.  Because I learn everyday from my tribe and I love it
